By accessing or using our website, purchasing our products, or utilizing our services in Nigeria, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue the use of our platform immediately.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or effect any transaction on Samkaf. By using this site, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

We strive to deliver phone accessories across Nigeria efficiently. Orders placed before 2 PM WAT will typically be processed the same day.

• Lagos Delivery: 1-2 business days via our local courier partners.
• Interstate Delivery: 3-5 business days depending on the location (Abuja, Port Harcourt, Kano, etc.).
• Pickup Stations: Available at selected locations in Ikeja and Victoria Island.

Please note that delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order and the delivery destination. Free shipping applies to orders above ₦50,000.

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided that:

• The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• The receipt or proof of purchase is provided.
• The item is not a clearance or "final sale" item.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (Bank Transfer, Card, or USSD) within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

2. Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
3. Any content obtained from the Service; and
